Dislocated all my fingers on my right hand 2 months ago and it still swells and is very painful.?

I had xrays the day after and saw my primary care doc. She said it will take a long time to heal. But it has been 2 months and the pain is still terrible. My hand still swells constantly. The fingers all came out at the knuckles. Is this healing time normal? Any recommendations?
