Ruqayyah bint Ali buried in Lahore, Pakistan?

I recently found out that there is a mausoleum in Lahore, Pakistan, called Bibi Pak Daman that people say houses the grave of the daughter of Ali ibn Abi Talib, Ruqayya bint Ali--not the daughter of Fatimah bint Muhammad, but from a different wife. The story says that she traveled to Lahore along with members of her husband's (Muslim ibn Aqeel) family after Karbala, and eventually died there. She is also supposed to be the full sister of Hadhrat Abbas ibn Ali. Is this a true story or just a legend? Please give sources!
