Help with Virtual Villagers 5?

I'm assuming you mean available energy instead of total energy. Have you tried to drop builders on the statue? If you statue is at the third stage builders can polish it to restore energy. if that doesn't work, you must have a bug and there isn't a lot we can do about it.
