Trearment for dislocated shoulder?

Ok so I have dislocated my shoulder 6 times since October (pretty much every other month) it is a type I dislocation ( sometimes called a sprain) it sometimes takes over a week to get mobility back... What can I do to fix this from happening all the time? Do chiropractors work on these injuries or do they just do backs? If so where do I go?
