New to Yugioh - Deck Building.?

Rise of the Dragon Lords isn't very good, too many cards that take too long to summon. Only have about 3 level 7 or higher monsters unless they special summon them self's like Gorz the E of darkness. Non tributes should be about 16 as you do not want dead draws. I tried this deck on my yugioh video game, most of the time I had card in my hands that cannot be summoned. Get the dark emperor
