I have broken my ankle I need help regarding it.?

I actually broke it playing football. Now the doctor says I need to put a metal plate on it, as there is a huge crack in the bone, plus I have also dislocated the other 2 bones. I wanted to ask if anyone knows how much it costs to get it done in the US. Because I am thinking of going back to India and doing it if that's cheaper. And also after getting the operation done, would my leg totally heal? as I read that ankle injuried are hard to heal and its difficult for you to recover entirely.? Thanks.
