Why aren't I getting rusty fragments on Zombie Farm?

Ok so on Zonbie Farm I am on leavel 17 and I still haven't gotten any rusty fragments to unlock the mausoleum. (All my friends got them on leavel 15) I have bought the mausoleum but I still don't get the rusty fragment, does my game have a glitch or what?!? please HELP ME!!!!
