I have had shoulder surgery, and i am having trouble with joints popping and a sort of crazy bone numbness?

itsvery scary my arms seem to want to dislocate in the shoulder joint all night long and its impossible to sleep .. i can swim to help it and correcting the arch in my back seems to be the trick but is there a medicine ..have i contracted tetanus ? is that possible
