Are my hips opening up too soon 25 weeks prego and thinking she might come early ?

So I've been been feeling a clicking feeling in my lower stomach when I bend over or move a certain way ever since I was about 18 weeks and Its happening more and more and it uncomfortable so I told my doc about it when I was 20 or 21 weeks and she said it sounds like my hips are already opening up which is early and to be careful bc I can dislocate them does this mean my baby might come early she's alway laying on my bladder she's really low she moves up for a couple min sometimes and then goes right back down as low as she can go so I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else
