Are these signs of pregnancy?

ok so my last period was on may 25 till the 29th. since then ive had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. last week i had constant diarrhea for about 3 days. then came headaches and tiredness. yesterday i had a very light spot of blood in my underwear and usually when this happens i get my period the next day but i havent. Im not even cramping like i usually do. i have very very mild discomfort in my pelvis but not bad enough to call a cramp. Also, my boobs are sore but this happens before i get my period the only difference now is that my nipples feel a bit itchy? OH and last week I had a drs appointment for a dislocated shoulder and the nurse said I had a low grade fever. Could I be pregnant?
