Did I dislocate my shoulder?

I had the same problem but it was with my knee! You've sublaxed it. Basically dislocated it but it popped in by itself nearly straight away. Go to the doctors and get a scan, you could of chipped some cartiledge. Everything that happened with your shoulder happened exactly with my knee xD
