I dislocated my shoulder three times about four months ago so I had surgery done on my shoulder two weeks ago. Now I wearing a big sling and the doctor told me not to move my arm/shoulder but I think I might of accidentally moved my shoulder because now when get out of bed my shoulder cracks / pops
