On 'Days of our lives', Nicole and Stefano were discussing several things regarding E.J. and Nicole stated?

"I know where the bodies are buried and I don't care."(06/09/11) I previously asked the question on yahoo when Maggie said almost the exact same thing to Victor(when Vivian was in the mausoleum but he didn't know where she was.) My question is 'What are they talking about?' At this point, Stefano, Nicole, Maggie, and Victor know but i don't know who else knows.
