Uhm hurt finger! Help?

Okay at my softball game earlier I dove back head first to second base and I hit my finger on the bag, but idk if it's jammed or dislocated or what? It hurts to bend but only like the tip part, it's Not swollen and it's not straight. It's like bent to the left a little . My fingers completely straight till it gets to the part where it hurts. Than it bends a little.bHelp!?
