What was the name of the movie based on either bonnie and clyde or billy the kid?? HELP!?

it was made in the early 2000's i believe, i think it was bonnie and clyde or maybe billy the kid. idk. he kidnaps his sister and hides money in a mausoleum and they kill everyone in this restaurant. PLEASE HELP!! thankx :)
